AMT is seeking a mature and reliable individual who will be responsible for the development of Masking for the Plating Line, Paint and Stenciling using Bren plotter and software. Responsibilities will also include part marking (Per MIL-STD-130 requirements) and requesting the order of the necessary supplies as to complete tasks. This individual will also be applying and removing the masking created and helps on the plating and paint line as necessary. Individual will also be asked to perform other industrial duties such as grinding, deburr, and light assembly.
Development Masking from Engineering drawing and apply for Paint and Plating operations.
Once Parts are plated or painted masking to be removed.
Must have computer and software knowledge using PC’s and plotters.
Part Marking (per MIL-STD-130).
Be able to use Calipers.
Ability to interpret Mechanical / Engineering drawings.
Rubber Stamp Part Marking.
Stenciling parts when required.
Work in a Team Environment.
Train and Mentor Teammates.
Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Maintain House Keeping Standards in the work area.
Basic math skills, able to use calculator and Microsoft Software’s.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a manufacturing job shop environment
MIL-STD-130 (6 Months to 1 Year)
Computer, Software and Plotter (1 Year)
Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings
Rubber Stamp and Stenciling Part Marking
High School or equivalent
College a Plus
In general, work hours between Monday-Friday and typically between 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Position may require occasion weekend work or overtime, depending on schedule and customer requirements
Must be dependable
