Material Handler
Job Requirements

Job purpose:

To handle identification, movement and organization of parts and materials as directed by project lead, while maintaining records and log books of location of each item.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Receives orders and use forklift to retrieve pallets for order fulfillment
  2. Note any deviations from the intended shipment and make a record in the warehouse tracking system
  3. Build, secure, and label pallets
  4. Move pallets and boxes to designated storage location, and record in the system the location of the items.
  5. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies and adjust errors
  6. Receive, store, move and pack outgoing materials, equipment, and other items from warehouse
  7. Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
  8. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.


This position will report to the Project Lead, and will work normal working hours. This position requires receiving of orders and using a forklift to retrieve pallets for order fulfillment. After the pallet is retrieved, it shall be placed in the advised location and the log/company system will be updated to maintain accurate location logs. A key task will include help with movement of merchandise off shipping trucks and into the warehouse. Any deviations from the intended shipment will be noted and a record will be created in out tracking program utilizing Microsoft Excels and E2 Shop Tech. A forklift will be used to lift pallets and be driven to a storage location, and a record of the location of all merchandise will be maintained for easy retrieval.


Manufacturing Shop Supervisor
Job Requirements

Job purpose:

To supervise the day-to-day operations in a job shop environment and oversee the facilities maintenance.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for hiring and training staff, and review job performances.
  2. Keep and maintain records and lists of operations and order stock when necessary.
  3. Comprehend and review blueprints to assess work that required for job completion, this requires extensive training and experience in reading designs, as well as understanding of geometric dimensioning.
  4. Skilled in operating equipment within the shop, such as fabrication equipment and ability to train employees on proper use.
  5. Skilled in making repairs and adjustments to equipment; assess if parts need to be fixed or replaced and carry out necessary repairs or order replacement parts.
  6. Manage work, production activities and facilities maintenance
  7. Participate in quality and safety review and audits, and lead resulting improvement implementation
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  9. Ensure that company policies are followed


This position reports to the General Manager, and works the normal working hours; may occasionally work weekends and some evenings. This position requires interaction with workers and upper management regularly. Physical demands consist of operating machinery and lifting heavy items and mentally prepared to conduct performance reviews and have working comprehensive knowledge of machinery.


Quality Technician/Inspector
Job Requirements

Must have 5+ years of experience

Must be proficient in use of standard measuring instruments and PC-DMIS CMM.

Must know conventional inspection methods

Must have adequate computer skills and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Requirements

Job purpose:

To negotiate arrangements for the purchase of goods, materials, and services the company requires within budget limits to meet requirements for project(s) completion.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Purchase the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts
  2. Prepare purchase orders using E2 Shop Tech, solicit bid proposals and review requisitions for goods and services.
  3. Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history.
  4. Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
  5. Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Negotiate, or renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
  7. Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods.
  8. Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
  9. Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.

This position requires the procurement of quotes by research and evaluating suppliers, and preparing and issuing orders using E2 Shop Tech based on the evaluation of price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities in regards to a supplier’s reputation and history. Strong written and verbal skills are vital to this position along with good organization and follow through until the product has been received as correct by inspection. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are required to ensure correct analysis of procurement data and ensure the company honors its obligations.


Project Manager
Job Requirements

Core Responsibilities:
Accountable for overseeing the deliverables of our customers’ systems manufacturing orders through the project lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to: qualifying requirements/specifications, engineering design, assembly and implementation, product testing and deployment. From an operations point of view this requires planning and optimization of scheduling, managing and budgeting the material resources to ensure that quality products and solutions are delivered timely based upon our customers’ specifications. Manage internal project tasks such as organizing project files, delegating tasks to tam members, following up on task completion, maintaining and updating project status schedules and material and schedule planning. Job Requirements:
5+ years’ experience manufacturing environment A MUST
3+ years’ experience in project management required
Bachelors of Science in Engineering Discipline Desirable
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; MS-Project experience preferred.
Possess ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, and succeed in fast paced environment.
Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups.

Must be able to follow work instructions, procedures, and properly use assembly hand tools.

5+ years of Experience on HAAS CNC Mills and HAAS CNC Lathe

Must have the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and alter programs at the machine.

Job Requirements

Full time, entry level position.

Duties will include manufacturing facility clean-up, grinding, debur, and light assembly.

Depending on skill level, this position could lead to additional training.
