HR/Payroll Specialist
Job Requirements


  • Recruits and facilitates selection and hiring of new employees
  • Advises management and other employees on employee relations and policy and procedure issues
  • Assures workplace compliance of applicable state/federal employment laws. to include FMLA and Work Comp
  • Facilitates analysis of positions and maintenance of accurate job descriptions
  • Facilitates orientation and trainings of employees
  • Coordinates communication of information regarding benefits, compensation, policies and monitors adherence of established safety standards
  • Recommends/implements activities that promote positive employee relations and participates in counseling, grievances, and/or disciplinary actions
  • Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information
  • Ensures accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information.
  • Understands proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
  • Processes correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
  • Reviews applicants and resumes evaluating if they meet the position requirements.
  • Scheduling Interviews.
  • Maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources data system.
  • Performs reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Writes and forwards rejection letters.
  • Assists in development of recruiting plans.
  • Complies with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements.
  • Verifies/ensures accuracy and timeliness of various required reports and postings. (i.e.: EEO-1 Report, OSHA 300 Log, Unemployment, Workers ‘Compensation, etc.).
  • Ensures the timely enrollment of company’s benefits.
  • Performs payroll/benefit related reconciliations


  • Must have proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, ADP, and PowerPoint. Ability to perform basic Internet research is also preferred. Must be able to comply with Cyber Security industry standards.


  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply & divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


  • Must be able to fluently speak, write and read in English. Ability to read, write legibly and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.


  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to apply broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures to complete difficult assignments.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable area of study in Human Resources) and typically 0 – 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR/SPHR Certification preferred

Previous experience working in a manufacturing company, strongly desired.

Must hold U.S. Citizenship status.

Material Handler/Forklift Operator
Job Requirements

Job Description

To handle identification, movement and organization of parts and materials as directed by project lead, while maintaining records and log books of location of each item.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Receives orders and use forklift to retrieve pallets for order fulfillment
  • Note any deviations from the intended shipment and make a record in the warehouse tracking system
  • Build, secure, and label pallets
  • Move pallets and boxes to designated storage location, and record in the system the location of the items.
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies and adjust errors
  • Receive, store, move and pack outgoing materials, equipment, and other items from warehouse
  • Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.


This position will report to the Project Lead, and will work normal working hours. This position requires receiving of orders and using a forklift to retrieve pallets for order fulfillment. After the pallet is retrieved, it shall be placed in the advised location and the log/company system will be updated to maintain accurate location logs. A key task will include help with movement of merchandise off shipping trucks and into the warehouse. Any deviations from the intended shipment will be noted and a record will be created in out tracking program utilizing Microsoft Excels and E2 Shop Tech. A forklift will be used to lift pallets and be driven to a storage location, and a record of the location of all merchandise will be maintained for easy retrieval.



CNC Class A Machinist
Job Requirements

Must have 10+ years of experience running HAAS CNC mill controls.

Be capable to set-up, load, write and edit programs, operate HAAS CNC vertical & horizontal mills.

Must be able to read and understand blue prints and engineering drawings required to fabricate parts.

Must have ability to understand GD&T. Must have strong background in attention to details.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Some G-code programming experience, with ability to edit programs at a HAAS machine.

Proficiency with Surfcam is a plus.

Must work well with others and supply own hand tools & tool box.

Must be able to validate own work using measuring tools.

Must be willing t work 10 hours shifts and Job Shop environment.

Must have U.S. Citizenship.



Quality Control Inspector
Job Requirements

Must have 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting DoD

Must be proficient in use of standard measuring instruments and PC-DMIS CMM.

Must know conventional inspection methods

Must have adequate computer skills and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Must have above average organizational skills

Must have good written and oral communication skills

Must have U.S. Citizenship
