Job Requirements


The program manager position is responsible for developing and attaining the primary growth and retention goals as outlined in the growth plans. This position works closely with Manufacturing Supervisors, financial analysts, controllers, marketing analysts, external consultants.

Essential Functions

  • Make initial contact with potential Customers. Develop the opportunity for conversation to determine the level of opportunity for adding more contract awards.
  • Coordinate the development of business plans and work closely with the senior staff in determining the costs and benefit to the organization.
  • Prepare presentations for various audiences.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts.
  • Work with Prime or Sub-contractors to ensure smooth transition.
  • Act as liaison between DOD and COR.
  • Attend and staff various committees. This includes preparation of tracking reports, updates to required organizations and other tracking reports as required.
  • Ensure communications with all parties through various forums to avoid conflicts, monitor deadlines and coordinate activities.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school graduation, or its equivalent.
  • At least six years of experience in a Manufacturing environment

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree.
  • 5 Years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment and bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or finance.

Radar Signal Analyst
Job Requirements


The mid-level candidate is responsible for analyzing strategic radar signal data and developing presentations of results for technical briefings to leadership. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to operate with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
• Understanding of radar signal and data processing
• MATLAB knowledge and experience
• LINUX knowledge and experience
• Ability to generate clear, concise, and intuitive presentation of results
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Desired Qualifications:

Required Education:
• Applicants must have a minimum of a BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar degree field, and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience

Design Engineer
Job Requirements



The candidate will perform general mechanical design to produce the data and drawings required for technical data packages. Position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Candidate must have at least 5 years of demonstrated mechanical design experience using computer aideddesign software.

Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.

Other Qualifications Experience and demonstrated skill in the following areas are preferred:

• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical design

• Knowledge of preparation of all levels of technical drawing packages

• Mechanical design utilizing Solidworks.

Integrated Master Scheduler
Job Requirements




The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for managing the pricing, estimating, and operational resources responsible for assisting with developing the cost volume, basis of estimates (BOE), work breakdown structure (WBS), organizational breakdown structure (OBS), project schedules, risk assessments, and other program-related plans and deliverables. Define schedule metrics and monitor schedule process. Review, compare, analyze and report schedule performance against baseline plans. Provide management with recommended and actionable actions to address variance and predict future performance. Participate in the preparation of written cost and schedule variances, as well as maintaining the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).


The selected candidate will provide schedule development, analysis, and reporting for multiple Army acquisition programs and quick reaction capability efforts.

The Integrated Master Scheduler will:

  • Use industry standard tools (e.g., MS Project) to develop, organize, analyze, present, and maintain a detailed Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), incorporating data from the programmatic, acquisition management, budget, engineering, test and evaluation, configuration management, product assurance, production, and logistics domains.
  • Coordinate with multiple Product Directors, functional leads, and Integrated Product Teams to identify and sequence program activities/milestones, establish durations, identify logical dependencies, assign resources, determine schedule variances, and confirm critical path validity.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis and identify/present options to resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts.
  • Generatestandard and custom reports as required.
  • Provide schedule support for program meetings and working groups.

Years of Experience Required: 5-10+ years of relevant experience

Type of Experience Required:

Experience developing and maintaining schedules in MS Project is required.

Experience converting MS Project schedules to Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required.

Must be a self-started and able to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.

Must have prior DoD experience, with specific experience in systems integration, program integration, DoD acquisition process, and/or program management.

Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to prepare detailed reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior leadership.

Must have a Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one.
