Accountable for greeting and directing visitors while maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitors. Office responsibilities will include answering and directing incoming calls, while taking messages and maintaining a logbook of incoming calls; assist and support co-workers by operating office equipment, such as scanning and sending faxes; storing, organizing and managing files; typing, editing, and proof reading documents. Open, sort and route incoming mail, and faxes. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Capable of self-training using user guides for customer specific SSL site.

Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, and highly-motivated.
Must be able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven work environment, highly focused and carry out tasks in a timely manner
Must be detail oriented and good at multi-tasking, dependable and trustworthy
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Must have computer experience, well-versed in Microsoft Office, experience with document control software such as FTP clients, SharePoint, and FileNet is a plus
Must be able to type at minimum 50 WPM
Must have at minimum High School Diploma, Associates Degree in Business Administration is a plus
