Job Requirements



Implement and monitor Cyber security requirements in compliance with NIST 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012. Provides daily assistance for IT needs including hardware, software and network support. Responsible for training and troubleshooting in a networked microcomputer environment. Support on a wide range of applications including Microsoft, Sophos, AlienVault, CISCO, E2, SQL and other additional systems.

Essential Functions

  • Implement and monitor Cyber security requirements in compliance with NIST 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012.
  • Responsible for software support to the entire manufacturing and office facilities by providing technical assistance to entire staff.
  • Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide array of software programs used throughout production and administrative operations. Performs hardware/software upgrades to IT equipment as needed.
  • Responds to software problem calls on site or over the phone to all facility users. Investigates error messages and determines resolution. Responsible for log on house calls. Investigates appropriate areas of potential problem and determines resolution.
  • Contacts software vendors to obtain specifications, pricing, and other purchase related information needed to guide departments in their selection of software.
  • Trains users in Cyber Security Defense.
  • Assists in evaluation and testing of microcomputer software and in planning for future needs. .
  • Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Requires special technical knowledge and understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment for multiple users.
  • Must have advanced personal computer Word Processing spreadsheet, database (SQL Server desired), DOS and Windows skills.
  • Requires sufficient analytical skills to asses’ problems or unusual situations and develop solution. Cisco Network installation and maintenance skills required.
  • Prefer network certification to Cisco level or equivalent.
  • Requires the ability to independently perform all the duties of the position quick and concise manner.
  • Must have strong communication and training skills to relay technical information.

Working Environment

Work is performed at main facility, with periodically travel off facility grounds to additional sites.

Position Type/Expected hours of Work

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Hours of work are 7:00 am until 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime maybe required.

Required Education and Experience

IT associate degree with 4 years of experience or bachelor’s with 2 years of experience in related field.

Project Manager
Job Requirements


The program manager position is responsible for developing and attaining the primary growth and retention goals as outlined in the growth plans. This position works closely with Manufacturing Supervisors, financial analysts, controllers, marketing analysts, external consultants.

Essential Functions

  • Make initial contact with potential Customers. Develop the opportunity for conversation to determine the level of opportunity for adding more contract awards.
  • Coordinate the development of business plans and work closely with the senior staff in determining the costs and benefit to the organization.
  • Prepare presentations for various audiences.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts.

Radar Signal Analyst
Job Requirements


The mid-level candidate is responsible for analyzing strategic radar signal data and developing presentations of results for technical briefings to leadership. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to operate with minimal supervision.

Design Engineer
Job Requirements



The candidate will perform general mechanical design to produce the data and drawings required for technical data packages. Position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Candidate must have at least 5 years of demonstrated mechanical design experience using computer aideddesign software.

Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.

Other Qualifications Experience and demonstrated skill in the following areas are preferred:

• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical design

• Knowledge of preparation of all levels of technical drawing packages

• Mechanical design utilizing Solidworks.

Integrated Master Scheduler
Job Requirements




The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for managing the pricing, estimating, and operational resources responsible for assisting with developing the cost volume, basis of estimates (BOE), work breakdown structure (WBS), organizational breakdown structure (OBS), project schedules, risk assessments, and other program-related plans and deliverables. Define schedule metrics and monitor schedule process. Review, compare, analyze and report schedule performance against baseline plans. Provide management with recommended and actionable actions to address variance and predict future performance. Participate in the preparation of written cost and schedule variances, as well as maintaining the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).


The selected candidate will provide schedule development, analysis, and reporting for multiple Army acquisition programs and quick reaction capability efforts.

The Integrated Master Scheduler will:

  • Use industry standard tools (e.g., MS Project) to develop, organize, analyze, present, and maintain a detailed Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), incorporating data from the programmatic, acquisition management, budget, engineering, test and evaluation, configuration management, product assurance, production, and logistics domains.
  • Coordinate with multiple Product Directors, functional leads, and Integrated Product Teams to identify and sequence program activities/milestones, establish durations, identify logical dependencies, assign resources, determine schedule variances, and confirm critical path validity.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis and identify/present options to resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts.
  • Generatestandard and custom reports as required.
  • Provide schedule support for program meetings and working groups.

  • Experience or coursework with electronic test equipment (o-scopes, analyzers, multi-meters, etc.)
